Method of delivery

Due to the delicate nature of some of our products and depending on the weight, value and destination of your order, we may from time to time be required to use an alternative courier.



At Fikkerts, we offer a full money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any item that you buy from us, then you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price.

Prior to returning any items, please e-mail your request for a refund or exchange to RETURNS clearly stating the reason for your request.

Then, all we ask, is that you return the item in the same condition that we sent it to you and you return it using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. If you are outside the UK please use registered mail. As soon as it is received we will send you a refund.

All returned goods must be securely packed and in unused condition. We suggest you use a service that can provide “proof of delivery”. We will not be liable for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Damaged Goods

You should inspect the goods when you receive them for any damage. If the package you receive has been damaged in transit you should refuse the package and mark the courier’s sheet to show this. If the goods were damaged prior to delivery then we will replace or refund the price paid. If you find any damages you must inform us by telephone on 01535 692500 within 24hrs (preferably on the same day you receive them). We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after 24hrs of receipt.

Clearance items are exempt from any warranty.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Remittance Terms: All goods remain the property of Fikkerts Ltd.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.



We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at EXCHANGE and send your item to Fikkerts Limited, The Design Studio, Royd Ings Avenue, Keighley, England BD21 4BZ.
