Ordering online with Fikkerts Ltd is totally safe. All payment information is encrypted to ensure your data is only available to parties authorised to read the data you submit.
For additional peace of mind, please note that should any unauthorised deductions be made on a credit card, the cardholder is not held liable. Please contact your credit card supplier for details.
Our aim is to dispatch your order within 2 days of receipt (subject to any unforeseeable reasons outside our control).
During times of peak demand despatch may take a little longer. If for any reason we are unable to deliver the particular items we will contact you directly. All orders placed will be confirmed by e-mail within 24 hours.
If, in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to arrange a full refund or exchange.
For a refund, please e-mail your request for refund to email@example.com within 14 days and return the goods clearly stating you would like a refund. On receipt of the returned goods we will reimburse the full value of the goods and the original delivery costs (if any) directly to your credit care / Debit Card. The cost of returning goods to the company for refund is the responsibility of the Purchaser.
For an exchange, please e-mail your request for exchange to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days and return the goods clearly stating you would like an exchange. On receipt of the goods we will arrange replacement to yourself with no additional costs.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
'Company' means Fikkerts Ltd.
'Purchaser' means the person whose order is accepted by the Company.
'Recipient' means the person who receives goods.
If the Purchaser is eligible to reclaim sales tax, the Company can supply a VAT receipt on request.
