To add products to your 'shopping cart' please click the ‘Buy' button.

You can modify or delete items from your cart at any time - click on 'View Cart'.

To finalise your order and make payment for the goods purchased, click on 'checkout' and follow the procedure detailed on that page.

If you do not wish to enter payment details online you can print and post your order with accompanying cheque, or telephone our sales team with your payment details.

If you do not have a credit card or are unable to use this facility, you can generate a proforma invoice and send this with accompanying payment. Your order will be sent to you upon receipt of payment.

In order to safeguard your security, your payment details will not be saved on the system. Therefore, you will be required to re-enter your contact and payment details on subsequent visits to the site. However we have kept the required information to a minimum in order to save you time.

Please ensure that all of your details are correct and we will do our very best to ensure that your order reaches you within 7 working days.

Once the order has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. Please keep this for your own reference.

Delivery schedule
Please note that most orders placed before 12.00pm Monday - Friday will be delivered within 2 working days (subject to any unforeseeable reasons outside our control).

However, during times of peak demand, despatch may take a little longer and wherever possible you should allow a min of 7 working days for delivery.

If you are not available to accept your delivery...
You may wish to arrange a neighbour to accept the delivery for you. Alternatively, we could deliver to your work or another address, please ensure that this is made clear on your order at the time of ordering – adding a comment if necessary. We will not make more than one attempt to deliver your order, so please use this facility to advise us of any relevant information. We may have to charge you again for additional delivery attempts.

Method of delivery
Due to the delicate nature of some of our products and depending on the weight, value and destination of your order, we may from time to time be required to use an alternative courier.

Customers in The Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands should contact us prior to ordering items to discuss delivery. We will endeavour to provide a cost-effective delivery to all non UK mainland addresses but we reserve the right to refund any orders where this is not possible.

Returns
At Fikkerts, we offer a full money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any item that you buy from us then you may return it within a period of 14 days from receipt for a full refund of your purchase price.

Prior to returning any items, please e-mail your request for a refund or exchange to sales@fikkerts.co.uk clearly stating the reason for your request.

Then, all we ask, is that you return the item in the same condition that we sent it to you and you return it using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. If you are outside of the UK please use registered mail. As soon as it is received we will send you a refund.

All returned goods must be securely packed and in an unused condition. We suggest you use a service that can provide "proof of delivery". We will not be liable for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Damaged Goods
You should inspect the goods when you receive them for any damage. If the package you receive has been damaged in transit you should refuse the package and mark the courier’s sheet to show this. If the goods were damaged prior to delivery then we will replace or refund the price paid. If you find any damages you must inform us by telephone on 01535 692500 within 24hrs (preferably on the same day you receive them). We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after 24hrs of receipt.

Clearance items are exempt from any warranty.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
